“Our room was very comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The beds (we had the twin room) were comfortable. We often stay in hotels etc and a comfy bed is a real selling point. The choice of breakfasts was good. The food well prepared and tasty.

So, thank you White Hart, we had a great time. The members of staff we encountered were helpful, polite and had had a good sense of humour. We’ll be back.”

The service was brilliant too, really friendly and welcoming. We made a late request to come in and they still made sure we were looked after, which we really appreciated. “We stayed as a couple with a dog and found the accommodation to be of a really good standard; comfortable and with lots of little extras such as pleasant coffee, biscuits, bottled water and ample bathroom cosmetics. The bathroom towels were bath sheet size – great as there’s nothing worse than tiny towels after a nice powerful shower!”

“Just had breakfast with my daughter. Absolutely delicious and really beautifully cooked. I had the eggs with chorizo and my daughter had shakshuka, both superb quality ingredients and thoroughly enjoyable.

Prompt friendly service and greeting from the 2 young ladies on duty, so nice to see smiley faces. My first experience of breakfast here, will definitely return. The refurbishment is stunning and I wish the new owner/s lots of luck for the future of the White Hart.“
